Can we work there?

Wi-Fi across the property. Lodge hall, AV, mics and a whiteboard for sessions. No cell service, so people actually listen.

Will everyone eat well?

Buffet meals cooked on site, five over a two-night stay, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options at every one.

How does everyone get there?

Cars, buses or both. We share transport vendors past groups have used.

Can I get budget approved?

You get a full proposal with a clear breakdown after your first call, so you can take real numbers to finance.

What about contracts and invoices?

One agreement, a set payment schedule and a final invoice your finance team can close out.

Who do I deal with?

One host from your first call until you leave camp.
