We are excited to welcome you to Camp Navarro for a special July 4th weekend ‘Casual Community Campout’.

This is a private event. Capacity is very limited so do not show up without a ticket as security will turn you away. No exceptions. Thank you.

Camp Navarro will be reopening after being closed for 18 months so this gathering is very meaningful to all of us. We have very limited staff so not only will capacity be limited but services will be limited as well. With that said, come prepared to campout but not with too much crap and

pack Out ALL trash, Conserve Water and Be Fire Safe!

  • You will need to show proof of vaccination to attend or have a negative covid test ideally within two days of event if not vaccinated (kids included). Please do the best you can on this timeframe based on testing in your local area. Thank you.

  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this and to be community minded and safe.

  • This is subject to change as rules evolve but our goal is to run a safe event with no covid uncertainties.

Tickets: (includes tent camping)

Adult Ticket: $225 (limit 2 adult tickets per order)

Kid Ticket: $150 ( 2 & Under free, no limit on number of kids tickets per order)

Tickets, Upgrades (based on availability) & Event Information:

  • This is a campout (BYO tent) with nature exploration and relaxation by day & music, campfire and pickin’ and grinnin’ at night. Your ticket includes tent camping. Unless you purchase a Deep End Car/Van Pass, you will unload your stuff at your camp and park in our parking lots.

  • Adirondacks are available on a first come/first serve basis. Pawnee and Cherokee units will only have two beds available.

1) There will be limited number of Teepees available @$400 for all three nights (queen bed, one twin mattress on floor). These are located in the lower cabin area on the left side of our map/property. BYO Bedding.  

2) We will have a Deep End Car/Van pass for those sleeping in vehicles (non RV or trailer) and/or wanting your car in or near your camp depending on location in the deep end/back of the property. All other cars will be parked in one of our two parking lots after dropping your stuff off at your camp/lodging.

  • NO RV SPOTS WILL BE AVAILABLE> DO NOT BRING AN RV OR Vehicle w/ TRAILER TO CAMP NAVARRO.

3) CN will have a limited number of breakfast + dinner meal plans ( includes 2 breakfasts on Sat/Sun + 3 dinners) purchased at time of ticketing only.

  • Dinner 5-7pm, Breakfast 8:30-10:30am

  • There will be be no other food service available so plan accordingly and come prepared.

  • Ice will be available each day, typically late morning, in the cafe.

-       CN will provide high quality and affordable local wine/beer service in the lodge/main music stage/campfire area. Please keep all outside alcohol out of our fenced permitted area, You can BYO/consume outside of this area. We thank you in advance for supporting our business and following this rule.

-       Please smoke cigarettes/cannabis outside this permitted alcohol area.

-       All cars need to be parked in parking lots after dropping stuff off at your camp. No exceptions.


Arrival/Registration Information and Times:

-       Arrive after 12pm and before 7pm on Friday July 2nd.

Do not line up at gate/on our access road. There is plenty of room.

  • Security will check your ticket confirmation at Gate 1 (all adults in your party should print the ticket confirmation email if not arriving in the same car) You will then enter and check-in at Gate 2 and get your wristband.

  • If you need to arrive on Saturday, registration is open from 11am - 2pm.

-       Please depart no later than 1pm on Monday July 5th.

 

Fun/Music:

  • Enjoy nature, birdsong, yoga, fort building, river & rope swing (low water), hammocks by day…

  • Late afternoon and evening music around camp and on our main stage + acoustic campfire and campy jams and surprises

  • Announced Bands Include: ALO x2 (fri/sat), California Honeydrops (sat), Hot Buttered Rum (sun), Bo/Lebo (tbd) +

  • Friendly surprises, collaborations and the unexpected ‘pop up’ play….

  • General Evening Schedule (subject to adjustment):

    Friday: ALO 7-10pm Friday

    Saturday: ALO 5:00-6:30pm, CHD 7:45-10pm

    Sunday: HBR 7-10pm

 

 Rules:

  • No Pets/dogs

  • No RV/Trailers

  • No unapproved amplified music in camps/No Drums

  • No fireworks & No open fires. Gas stoves/BBQ only.

  • CONSERVE WATER and take very short 2-3 minute showers. It is a drought. The river will be very low.

  • All cars must be parked in CN parking lots after unloading belongings at your camp, no exceptions.

  • No Refunds. If you purchase a ticket and cannot attend the event. or need to sell something, we will have a ticket transfer page available.

  • Pack out all trash. Thank you in advance for doing this and to help us keep property clean during event.

  • Kids need to wear helmets and shoes when biking and stay off Masonite Road at all times.

  • No Bike riding or sports on our lawn (soccer, ultimate frisbee, etc..)

  • No Smoking and outside alcohol allowed in CN permitted wine and beer area.

  • We have tons of space so please spread out and camp with those you feel safe doing so.

  • Being an outdoor event, masks are not required but please follow basic common sense spacing in more tight quarters dancing or around the campfire, etc…

  • Do not share beverages or other items of any kind.

  • Wipe down common area surfaces or other shared spaces as needed or hand sanitize as needed.

  • Please spread out on lawn area as if pods/spacing was in effect. We have lots of land to do so. Thank you.
